Emotionally drained...

Man yesterday was so draining...more draining than any day I have had in weeks.
Shawn drove down here to talk to and see me.
The week before I left..we pretty much didn't speak to each other.
We only spoke a little bit about our feelings for a fraction of a second on the night before I left.
I feel that talking about important topics on the phone or through E-mail, just doesn't leave the same feeling as talking to one another face to face and being able to hash everything out.

Things are just so complicated between us, it's just all really hard to handle.
None of this has to do with weight...but I just felt like sharing. It's nice to get my thoughts out of my head. =)
I thought i would add a pic of us that we took yesterday...because in all of the five years of being together we never once had a pic taken together lol That's really weird. So I asked him if he would take one with me so we can have =)

Anyways...I didn't eat much yesterday. I was so nervous to see him it was like I was meeting him for the first time. I haven't felt that weird around him since the very first day we met at a park over five years ago. So I ate a slice of pizza and a small bowl of cereal. Definitely not great. But it will get better...Shawn and I
