Heart just isn't into it...

So I haven't updated my blog in a few days...I just cant right now. I will hopefully start up again on Monday.

Considering that the main part of my blog is about my food journal...it would be imperative that I actually have food to record. But I just haven't had much of an appetite lately and haven't eaten very much at all or slept.

Hopefully things will get better =)
